Digital Media Specialist

8Hexa Financial is seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Media Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital media solutions to support our marketing and communications efforts. This includes creating engaging visual content, managing our social media presence, and developing digital marketing campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

– Plans and executes all web, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
– Designs, builds, and maintains company and director’s social media presence.
– Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
– Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization’s business goals.
– Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
– Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
– Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
– Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
– Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
– Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
– Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
– Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
– Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
– Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
– Evaluates emerging technologies.
– Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.


– Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
– 1-3 years of experience in in digital media, marketing, or a related field.
– Knowledge of the regulatory environment for payment services.

Desirable Skills:

– Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
– Google Analytics certification.
