Business Development Manager

8Hexa Financial is seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to help expand our market reach and enhance our growth in the payment services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
– Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
– Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
– Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
– Collaborate with internal teams (including product development and operations) to align company services with customer needs.
– Identify industry trends and customer needs to offer proactive solutions.
– Prepare reports on account status, sales trends, and market analysis.
– Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends.
– Manage and track customer and transactional information in a CRM system.
– Develop a deep understanding of the payment services landscape and competition.


– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
– Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a relevant role in the payment services or fintech industry.
– Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
– Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
– Strong business sense and industry expertise.
– Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
– High-level proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite).

Desirable Skills:

– Experience with digital payment solutions and understanding of regulatory environments.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to create detailed sales reports and market analysis.
– Capability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
