Business Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand 8Hexa’s client base and strengthen strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident, and has a strong understanding of fintech or cross-border payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new clients and business partners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, PSPs, and corporate clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored cross-border payment solutions.
  • Collaborate with operations and compliance teams for smooth onboarding and transactions.
  • Achieve sales targets and prepare regular performance and pipeline reports.
  • Represent the company at fintech events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or fintech preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of cross-border payments, FX, or B2B financial services is an advantage.
