Finance Executive
We are looking for a Finance Executive to support our daily finance, accounting, reconciliation, and payment operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure accurate financial records, timely reconciliations, and proper controls over client and corporate funds. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced fintech and cross-border payments environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts, payment transactions, client funds, and settlement balances.

Prepare payment instructions and verify supporting documents before processing.

Monitor incoming and outgoing funds and follow up on outstanding or unmatched transactions.

Maintain accurate accounting records, schedules, and supporting documentation.

Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, financial reports, and cash-flow forecasts.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Assist with audit, tax, regulatory reporting, and bank-related information requests.

Work closely with Operations and Compliance teams to investigate transaction or reconciliation discrepancies.

Maintain proper segregation and records of client funds and company funds.

Support the improvement and automation of finance and reconciliation processes.

Carry out other finance and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

At least 1–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.

Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.

Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reconciliation.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Careful, organised, and able to work with high-volume transaction data.

Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Able to identify discrepancies and follow through until they are resolved.

Good written and spoken English.

Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage when dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.

Experience in payment services, fintech, banking, remittance, or financial services will be an advantage.
